Alaska: The Perfect Way to Say "Thanks for 10+ Incredible Years!"
A couple weeks back, we had the privilege of taking two of our esteemed team members, Adam Brown and Stephen Ward, on a well-deserved trip to Alaska to commemorate their 10+ years of service at Ridge Planning and Engineering.

Our Alaskan journey was truly remarkable, filled with breathtaking sights and unforgettable experiences. We traversed from Fairbanks to Seward, making stops at iconic locations like Denali National Park, where we witnessed caribou, grizzlies, and other wildlife against the backdrop of the majestic mountain range. The scenic Alaska Railroad offered us stunning views of mountains, valleys, and rivers, with remarkable glimpses of Denali along the way.
One of the trip's most awe-inspiring moments was witnessing massive sections of the Aialik Glacier crash into the bay – a truly humbling experience! And, we even joined the exclusive "30% club" by witnessing Denali in all its glory, a rare sight due to the mountain's unique weather patterns.
Our partners, Jeff Smith and Mike Haponski, couldn't be more grateful for Adam and Stephen's dedication and hard work over the years. They're the kind of people who make Ridge Planning & Engineering what it is today.
Here's to you, Adam and Stephen! We're so lucky to have you on the team. Cheers to many more adventures (both in Alaska and in as members of the team)!
